Volunteer with The Trust
Our volunteers support The Trust by playing a key role in helping us reach our strategic goals.
Not all our volunteering roles involve working with young people directly; our volunteers also support King's Trust colleagues, delivery partners and other volunteers to be there for young people in the best way they can.
Our volunteers support the wider Trust by:
- Supporting us behind the scenes with administrative procedures, processes, and systems
- Providing structure to colleagues, and delivery partners to other volunteers, including facilitating our in-house training, coordinating other volunteers and leading on specific projects
- Mentoring our colleagues to help them achieve their personal and professional goals to support the Trust and be there for young people
Support with vital behind-the-scenes work by administering procedures and systems which underpin our programmes.
Directly support our frontline work by providing structure and support to colleagues and other volunteers.
Deliver our in-house portfolio of training to colleagues, volunteers, and delivery partners.
Provide direction and advice to Trust colleagues to help them grow their skills in their role and support their personal goals.
Assist on projects that will help us drive innovation, implement our plans and be there for every young person.
