Salary: £22,932.00 to £25,000.00 dependent experience

Location: Birmingham Cold Store. This role requires the holder to be in our hub for 2 days per week.

Interviews: Will take place in Birmingham 1st, 2nd and 3rd July.

As our new HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the employee experience, making sure every colleague has a smooth and professional journey through the Trust, from joining us to moving on. You’ll handle a range of people processes with accuracy, care and a commitment to brilliant service, from issuing contracts and maintaining records, to supporting payroll and safeguarding checks.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume HR environment and enjoys getting the details right. You will need demonstrable experience of providing customer service excellence in a shared service environment and delivering HR employee lifecycle support.  If you're organised, solutions-focused and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect fit.
