Things run better when someone is keeping the details organised, the priorities moving and the right people connected. As an Executive Assistant at The King's Trust, you'll play a key role behind the scenes, providing high-impact support to senior leaders and helping ensure they can focus on delivering the greatest impact for young people across the UK.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating meetings, managing diaries and preparing papers; the next, you'll be building relationships with stakeholders, organising events or helping colleagues solve problems. If you're naturally organised, proactive and enjoy being the person people rely on to keep things running smoothly, you'll thrive in this role.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Enjoy managing multiple priorities and staying one step ahead
- Build positive relationships with people from all backgrounds
- Have strong organisational skills and a great eye for detail
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Take pride in delivering excellent support and customer service
To hit the ground running, you'll have:
- Experience in an administrative, PA, Executive Assistant or business support role
- Experience managing diaries, meetings and competing priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using digital systems
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships
At The King's Trust, we know that talent comes in many forms and that different perspectives make us stronger. We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong and can be themselves. If you're excited about the role but don't meet every single requirement, we'd still love to hear from you.
