Salary: £35,800.00 to £44,700.00 (National) £40,400.00 to £50,500.00 (London) dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience

Location: Any UK centre - hybrid working 2-3 days

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven leader to step into a pivotal maternity cover role, spearheading our business development efforts across financial services, real estate, auto, and energy sectors. As part of our high-performing Corporate Fundraising team, you’ll be at the heart of securing innovative, high-value partnerships that help fund life-changing programmes for young people across the UK.

 

In this senior leadership position, you’ll lead a mini team to deliver a £1m+ income target, drive commercial growth, and shape sector strategies that align with The King’s Trust’s ambitious goals. You’ll work cross-organisationally and externally with influential stakeholders, using your negotiation skills and creativity to deliver bespoke opportunities that truly make an impact.
