Our Brand and Marketing team are looking for a strategic and creative senior marketeer to lead the team responsible for marketing our portfolio of fundraising products, campaigns and events.

You will lead a team of eight Marketing Managers, Executives, a Coordinator and a 50th Anniversary Campaign Lead who promote our hero fundraising events such as Palace to Palace, ChangeAGirlsLife, FutureSteps and The King’s Trust Awards, special events, philanthropic campaigns, fundraising appeals and trials of new fundraising products, and manage ‘owned’ communications to supporters and volunteers (including email and social media channels). Ultimately your team and the marketing campaigns they create, will be pivotal in growing brand awareness, supporter loyalty, and our income so we can support more young people in more depth.

You will have broad marketing experience across all channels to build integrated campaigns; paid, earned, owned and social, with a particular emphasis on digital marketing, but also able to discuss above the line plans with corporate partners. You will be familiar with fundraising, performance marketing, audience acquisition and retention techniques and delivering against lead and income generation goals. You will have experience procuring and managing creative suppliers, commissioning content production, and leading a team. Superior stakeholder management is essential as you balance the needs of different fundraising teams, and match these business requirements to audience needs, whilst championing brand quality and consistency.
